Secret Harbor saves children in danger of losing their connections and place in the community by providing the structure and stability they need to develop healthy relationships.  Our Staffed Residential Treatment Homes, Foster Care Resources Foster Homes and Family Connections Program provide safe places for even the toughest kids to learn to succeed, using and building on their own strengths.  We restore their laughter, dignity and place in the community.  Our focus is on helping families work and stay together, and connecting children to their forever homes.

We are located  in Northwest Washington with facilities in Anacortes, Burlington, Mount Vernon and Sedro Woolley.

Over 400,000 children and youth in the United States currently are in foster care because their own families are in crisis and unable to provide for their essential well-being. Secret Harbor is actively recruiting nurturing adults who would like to be foster parents in Skagit, Snohomish, Whatcom and Island Counties. Caring families are especially needed for older youth, siblings and children with special needs. You can change a life. Be a foster parent.
